Discussion topic: Can’t seem to sign my new credit agreement

i have just made a new agreement over the phone for new phone and sim. I must sign my credit agreement. My email is transferring me to my sky account. But, not allowing to me sign anything! I was on the phone with the technical team and they couldn't seem to help me. Once 8pm came, he decided to cut the call short because of closing time. So, I still have no idea how to sign my agreement as my account is not taking me to that page.
Can anyone help please?

Is your credit agreement viewable in your account or are you saying that it is just not there ?

It's not allowing me to view. When I press on the link, it is taking me to another page. Which is no help to do with my agreement.

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache or using a different one, if so and the same happens then give Sky a call. Stay on the line for as long as you can and don't hangup when asked to do so or to go online. When asked why you are calling say technical.

I've had the same problem. 2 calls to Sky - both about an hour and a half each. Transferred to at least 6 different members of staff. Still not resolved, so it looks like I'll have to cancel my swap and let contract run down then move to different supplier.

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

@marting1954 Did you get the issue resolves or did you cancel the swap. I am facing the same issue and ive been waiting a week for SKy to sort the issue out.

No this hasn’t been resolved. My swap was cancelled by Sky, as I hadn’t signed the credit agreement. I have spent many hours on the phone to various people at Sky without success. The last call was a couple of weeks ago when I was told the issue had been escalated to Sky IT department as other customers have had the same issue. Things have actually got worse – I was given a new user name and I am now unable to access my sky.com emails on my phone (working fine on laptop). Also I could not sign into Sky Community – I was asked for my sign in (user) name (marting1954) and when I enter this I get message telling that this user name is already in use! I have now created a new use name for Sky Community. All very odd – I am sticking with my old phone until the contract is up then switching to a different provider. Having Sky Mobile as a provider when already being a Sky TV customer is too complicated.
